Promotion Terms and Conditions:

The promoter of this promotion is Electraworks (Ceuta) S.A, (formerly named ElectraWorks (Malta) Plc), having its registered office at Calle Real nº 74, first floor (51001 Ceuta) and registered in the Commercial Registry of Ceuta, in volume 135, folio 110, page CE-3509 with tax ID number: A67870402. Players must:

• be over 18 years old;
• have a gambling account open for at least 30 (thirty) days;
• have submitted identification documents that has been verified;
• not be included in any of players categories who are restricted from receiving promotions as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd;
• have made a minimum of 1 (one) deposit in their PartyPoker.es account;

1. The Party Wheel promotion starts on January 15, 2024, and ends on January 28, 2024, at 23:59.
2. Special Spins are not part of the promotion. Only Spins and Ultra Spins with buy-ins of €0.25, €1, €2, €5, €10, €20, €50, and €100 are considered for loyalty points.
3. The promotion involves earning bonus tickets by accumulating spins on the Party Wheel during the promotional period. To do this, the player must collect loyalty points on the same day by playing exclusively on SPINS tables. Each loyalty point accumulated in SPINS will give the player 1 spin on the wheel, and they will be awarded a new spin each time they collect a new loyalty point in SPINS.
4. Each player can win a maximum of 3 wheel spins per day by accumulating a minimum of 3 loyalty points. The player must accumulate all of their loyalty points on a single calendar day to earn their spin; any remaining points from one day will not be carried over to the next day.
5. To spin the wheel and win bonus prizes, the player must go to the dedicated PARTY WHEEL section under the "Offers" tab of the PartyPoker software or mobile app. Each wheel spin will result in the distribution of a bonus ticket to the player.
6. When spinning the wheel, 6 different prizes can be won according to the following probabilities:
   1. 1 SPINS ticket worth €0.25 (46%)
   2. 1 SPINS ticket worth €1 (27%)
   3. 1 SPINS ticket worth €5 (15%)
   4. 1 SPINS ticket worth €10 (10%)
   5. 1 SPINS ticket worth €50 (2%)
7. Wheel spins won by a player will be available until 23:59 each day. After that, the spins will be lost and cannot be compensated in any way. Additionally, all unused Spins tickets (won via this promotional wheel) during their 14-day validity period will not be refundable, exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any compensation.
8. 1 loyalty point is equivalent to €1 in rake/commission.
